What is an escape room adventure?

An escape room adventure is an interactive game that allows you to engage face to face with other people, offering different challenges and puzzles for every member of the team.

Will I really be locked in a room?

While you are required to solve all of the clues and puzzles to “escape” the room, the door will not truly be locked and you may leave at any time.  However, if you leave the room you are forfeiting your game and will not be allowed back in.  We will remind you to use the restroom before entering the room.

How many people can participate at one time?

The rooms are designed to hold up to 8 people per time slot, so call your friends and make it a super outing full of fun and excitement.

Is there an age limit?

We recommend children be at least 12 years old to enjoy the game.  Younger children are welcome but full price tickets will need to be purchased for every person in the room.  Parents must supervise their children at all times and are liable for any damages.

What should we bring with us?

Nothing.  No cell phones, no bags, no jackets, no food, no drink.  You are not allowed to take anything into the room with you, except your brain.  You are going to need that.

When should we arrive?

Please be at our facility fifteen minutes before your game is scheduled to begin.  This will allow us to go over the rules, teach you a few things, and make sure you have a great time.

What if I am late?

Oops!  We will allow you the remaining time left in your 60 minutes but unfortunately because there are other people booked behind you, we cannot penalize everyone for your tardiness, therefore we must stay on schedule.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, if you schedule your appointment and then realize you cannot make it, you may cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance by contacting us via email.  Any shorter timeframe and we will not be able to cancel your appointment or refund your money.  We will allow you to give your booking to someone else, just email and let us know who your replacement will be.

Can I make a reservation?

Reservations are required.  You must book your adventure online at www.keynundrum.com prior to coming to our venue.  Payment is also made in advance and online. 

What happens if we don’t “escape” in time?

We will come get you at the end of your 60 minutes, no matter what.  Most groups find it a positive experience whether they escape or not, and are usually laughing, and pumped up on adrenalin when we let them out.

What happens if we beat the clock and get out before the 60 minutes?

Woo Hoo!  You get to celebrate winning the game with all of your buds!  AND we will put you on our Wall of Fame, and everybody will want to be like you!

I have a special event I want to celebrate.  Can you help me with that?

Absolutely.  Want to pop the question, we can handle that!  Have a surprise birthday to celebrate, we can handle that too!  Or any other special event you might have, just email us and we will work out the details.

I just experienced the coolest game ever!  Now what?

Tell everybody you know, but don’t give them any details!  We ask that you not disclose any specific information about the game.  We want the room to be just as
exciting for your friends as it was for you.  We will change the room regularly, so you will be able to come back and have a new experience too.  Oh, and can you post a review on TripAdvisor, Google and/or Yelp?  We would really appreciate it.
