What is an escape room adventure?

An escape room adventure is an interactive game that allows you to solve puzzles and try to break out before the time runs out. You use different ways of thinking and problem solving skills.

Will I really be locked in a room?

While you are required to solve all of the clues and puzzles to “escape” the room, the door will not truly be locked and you may leave at any time. However, if your entire party leaves before solving all of the puzzles, you will forfeit the game.

How many people can participate at one time?

All of our rooms are different sizes and can hold different amounts of people, our smallest room can hold up to six and our biggest one can hold 12 people.

Will other people be in the room with us?

Nope! Your game master will put you in the room and once they leave it will just be you and your party. No extra people or actors.

How much does it cost?

It is $25.00 per person before tax.

Can I make a reservation?

Reservations are required.  You must book your adventure online at www.keynundrum.com prior to coming to our venue.  Payment is also made in advance and online. 

Can I just walk in?

If the flag is out front saying walk ins are welcome, we are there and you may walk in and be able to do a room.  However, we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific room, so appointments are preferred.

Is there an age limit?

We recommend children be at least 12 years old to enjoy the game.  Younger children are welcome but full price tickets will need to be purchased for every person in the room.  Parents must supervise their children at all times and are liable for any damages.

What should we bring with us?

You will need a phone to sign our online waiver (unless you have it completed before you arrive) but then phones must be put away while you are doing the room. We recommend that everything else gets left at home or in one of our lockers.

When should we arrive?

Please be at our facility fifteen minutes before your game is scheduled to begin.  This will allow us to go over the rules, teach you a few things, and make sure you have a great time.

What if I am late?

If you know that you are going to be late, we greatly appreciate when you let us know! We can allow a few minutes after the booking but we will shortly have to start your timer and when you show up you can have the remaining time left.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, if you schedule your appointment and then realize you cannot make it, you may cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance by contacting us via email.  Any shorter timeframe and we will not be able to cancel your appointment or refund your money. 

What happens if we don’t “escape” in time?

We will come get you at the end of your 60 minutes, no matter what.  Most groups find it a positive experience whether they escape or not, and are usually laughing, and pumped up on adrenalin when we let them out.

What happens if we beat the clock and get out before the 60 minutes?

Woo Hoo!  You get to celebrate winning the game with all of your buds!  And we will take a celebratory photo of your group!

What happens if we beat the record?

Amazing! You and all of your teammates will go onto a list to come back and test any new rooms that we come out with!

What does it take to beat the record?

This must be your entire groups first time doing the room, you must open all of the locks, and your time must be faster than the current record.

Can I do multiple rooms in one day?

Yes! You can book multiple rooms for the same day or you can book another room once you get out. However, we cannot guarantee availibilty for the second room you may want to do.

I have a special event I want to celebrate.  Can you help me with that?

Absolutely.  Want to pop the question, we can handle that!  Have a surprise birthday to celebrate, we can handle that too!  Or any other special event you might have, just email us and we will work out the details.

I just experienced the coolest game ever!  Now what?

Tell everybody you know, but don’t give them any details!  We ask that you not disclose any specific information about the game.  We want the room to be just as exciting for your friends as it was for you.  Oh, and can you post a review on TripAdvisor, Google and/or Yelp?  We would really appreciate it.
